Enjoyed every detail about my comfortable 2 nights stay here. Location: the hotel was really close to walking/hiking trails, downtown Kelowna and the nearest shopping centre. Also, Exit Kelowna Escape Games was 3 km away. The double room was air-conditioned, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. All the staff was fantastic, settled my issues...

The location was fantastic, perfect for first-time visitors to Kelowna. It's so close to downtown Kelowna, the nearest shopping center, and walking/hiking trails. The breakfast offered a wide range of exceptional food options.

The host was incredibly friendly, preparing us delicious breakfasts each morning, including homemade croissant sandwiches for our early departure. Our stay at Under The Tree - Bed & Breakfast was absolutely delightful. From the warm welcome upon arrival to the beautifully decorated rooms, we felt right at home. The breakfasts were amazing, with a different delicious meal served each morning. We especially loved the view of the mountains from the pool area. The location was perfect for exploring wineries and downtown Kelowna. I highly recommend this charming bed and breakfast.
